“A Woman’s Healing Herbs” Wall Chart From Liz Cook

A Woman's Healing HerbsImage – The Natural Store

This image of A Woman’s Healing herbs has recently “gone viral” – however doing some deeper research (call it a habit) I discovered that the version that everyone was sharing was not the full version, it was only a small “cut out” with 6 of the herbs instead of the full 18 from the original chart!

The chart is very useful as it not only lists the herbs and their reported benefits, but which part of the plant is used. Also, in the full version of the image there is a “code” for the little symbols in the chart, which explain how to use the herbs i.e. making them into teas, etc.

Here’s the link to the full original version of the chart, where you can see all the herbs plus purchase the chart as a poster. Here for ease of reference (and for you to copy-paste easily) is the full list of 18 herbs from the unabridged version:

Dandelion

Fennel

Borage

False Unicorn

Cramp Bark

Chaste Tree

Ginger

Vervain

Marigold

Chinese Angelica

Chamomile

Black Cohosh

Sage

Ladies Mantle

Motherwort

Wild Yam

Raspberry Leaves

Blue Cohosh

The full image can be viewed and the full chart is being sold as a fantastic poster, here:

😳 Tinnitus And Brain Health?

After 47 years of studies and countless brain scans done on more than 2,400 tinnitus patients, scientists at the MIT Institute found that in a shocking 96% of cases, tinnitus was actually shrinking their brain cells.

As it turns out, tinnitus and brain health are strongly linked.

Even more interesting: The reason why top army officials are not deaf after decades of hearing machine guns, bombs going off and helicopter noises…

Is because they are using something called "the wire method", a simple protocol inspired by a classified surgery on deaf people from the 1950s...
