I LOVE avocados. And I LOVE avocado oil. BOTH has to be organic for me though. Have you tried adding raw avocado pieces to your raw chocolate mousse? DELICIOUS and VERY VERY creamy!!
Avocado is great. I try to eat at least one avocado each day.
Many consider that the avocado contains a lot of fat so should be avoided eating this fruit too much. Avocados do have high fat content. However, high fat in the avocado is monounsaturated fats or ‘ good fats ‘ , which will help maintain a healthy heart, and helps to lower blood pressure. Monounsaturated fats found in avocados can also help to reverse insulin resistance which can lead to type 2 diabetes. So the assumption avoid eating avocado because it contains a lot of fat is wrong.
