Here’s an awesome, useful and simple chart of foods under 100 calories that we created to help you make a good choice next time you are in need of a snack! Please feel free to post this on pinterest and share it with your friends on Facebook, tumblr etc. Note that there are of course other foods under 100 calories – for example a kiwi fruit is 45 calories.
