Honey Lemon Ginger Cinnamon Tea: (wonderful soothing cold / sore throat remedy)

Slice washed lemon and ginger (thin slices) straight into a mug, fill with boiling water, then mix in a teaspoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon. Let steep for a few minutes. Enjoy!
