How To Make A Superfood Smoothie. Image – ASweetSimpleLife.com (with permission)
This is a fantastic “superfood smoothie” for all-round good health. It’s a perfect way to get a mega-blast of nutrients while being super-delicious at the same time.
For the vegans out there who saw the yogurt – don’t tune out yet… because you can use coconut milk, nut butter, or protein powder and skip the dairy.
I really like it when recipes include custom options for people with different preferences. Nice touch. In all honesty, you can customize this recipe to your heart’s content. I’ve got a few suggestions of my own: Why not investigate raw cacao, maca, chia seeds, figs, apple or pineapple juice instead of orange, and of course any other veggies that you feel like consuming raw.
One thing that’s great about this recipe is that the raw veggies are to some extent masked by the delicious fruit – meaning that you don’t really have to be a ‘diehard raw foodie’ to get your raw kale and so on.
One last tip from me before the link to the recipe: Use organic produce whenever possible – and of course be sure to wash the fruit and veggies well. Did you see my Facebook post about the vinegar veggie wash? It’s easy – simply add a cup of vinegar (white is fine) to a bowl of water, leave the fruit and veg in it for 10 minutes, swish them around and maybe rub or brush lightly – and voila! The vinegar is antibacterial so it will help prevent any bugs – and you should find that the vinegar-water ends up changing color from all the dirt that it takes off the produce!

As it turns out, tinnitus and brain health are strongly linked.
Even more interesting: The reason why top army officials are not deaf after decades of hearing machine guns, bombs going off and helicopter noises…
Is because they are using something called "the wire method", a simple protocol inspired by a classified surgery on deaf people from the 1950s...

Can you guess which muscle in your body is the #1 muscle that eliminates joint and back pain, anxiety and looking fat?
This is especially important if you spend a significant amount of time sitting every day (I do, and this really affects me in a big way!)
Working this "hidden survival muscle" that most people are simply not training because no-one ever taught them how will boost your body shape, energy levels, immune system, sexual function, strength and athletic performance when unlocked.
If this "hidden" most powerful primal muscle is healthy, we are healthy.
Is it...
a) Abs
b) Chest
c) Glutes
d) Hip Flexors

I love mango smoothies, I have come up with quite a nuembr of mango smoothie recipes myself! I haven’t tried coconut milk on it though. I find it too heavy on dishes, so I never really thought of trying it here especially when it’s going to be raw. But then again, I love mango smoothies so much that I would like to give this a try, lol! Let’s see what will happen, good luck to my tummy, lol!
