Undeniably, urinary tract infections can cause a lot of discomforts like the frequent need to urinate when in fact nothing or only a little comes out, fever, chills, and painful or burning sensations when urinating. But did you know that you have the power to ease the debilitating symptoms of this condition using the most common fruits you can find today? Here is some in-depth info on the ingredients:
Lemon
A good source of potassium, Vitamin C, calcium, Vitamin A, and citric acid, lemon is claimed as one of the most effective home remedies for urinary tract infections. Primarily, it works by changing the pH level of the blood as well as the urinary tract which inhibit the proliferation of opportunistic bacteria. Furthermore, it also prevents the onset of UTI by working on the sugary environment where UTI-causing bacteria normally thrive. Blueberries

In recent researches, watermelon is known to have diuretic properties which allow people to urinate more frequently. In effect, it washes out bacteria that may trigger the development of UTI.
Cranberries
Upon the onset of urinary tract infection, intake of cranberry juice is widely agreed to be of great help. Just like blueberries, cranberries contain highly potent compounds that inhibit bacteria from adhering to the walls of the urinary tract.
Before, scientists believed that cranberries worked by increasing the acidity of the urine making it a non-suitable ground for bacteria to thrive. Recent researches claimed that cranberries contain proanthocyanidins compounds that inhibit bacteria from sticking or adhering to the walls of the urinary tract.

I would love to see you post about different plants and the medicine medicine bowls that our great grandparents use to use of healing.
They could go outside and get different kinds of plants leaves crush them in the medinicebowls and apply them on wsounds or by mouth and ythey would be healed after a certain period of time. Looking forward to learning more from this site.

Apple cider vinegar and water will zap it pretty fast, too. Plus it’s a lot more accessible than some of the fruits listed here. A couple tablespoons of ACV (with mother, if possible) in a glass of water, chug it down. Do that once an hour, follow with 1/4 tsp baking soda in water (wait 1/2 hr after ACV drink).
You should have some relief in about three hours or so. Continue ACV drinks for a few days afterward. Or switch to this fruit juice combo that definitely would taste better! Good health to you!
