Today’s “amazing discovery” was a post by trained herbalist / nutritionist Todd Caldecott about how he completely got rid of an unsightly mole on his forehead in under a week using apple cider vinegar! The entire process was painless and simple.

This will be great news for many however he does advise that it should be ascertained by a doctor that a mole is not of the cancerous variety before commencing.

Apple Cider Vinegar (also known as simply “ACV”) has been a home remedy for numerous conditions since ancient times and is pretty much a staple within natural health circles.

ACV has great antimicrobial qualities and in addition to being a popular choice among the natural food community, is often added to water to make a rinse for vegetables – which may help get rid of potentially dangerous bacteria.

A few of our other posts that relate to ACV:

😳 What Tinnitus Does To Your Brain Cells (And How To Stop It)

After 47 years of studies and countless brain scans done on more than 2,400 tinnitus patients, scientists at the MIT Institute found that in a shocking 96% of cases, tinnitus was actually shrinking their brain cells.

As it turns out, tinnitus and brain health are strongly linked.

Even more interesting: The reason why top army officials are not deaf after decades of hearing machine guns, bombs going off and helicopter noises…

Is because they are using something called "the wire method", a simple protocol inspired by a classified surgery on deaf people from the 1950s...

  1. I was just wondering if you just put the ACV on a rag and rubbed it in the mole or let it sit for a few seconds or minute? I have a mole that hurts me very badly and I’d like to try this. I have also been to the doctor and it isn’t cancerous. If you could please let me know I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

  2. It would be very helpful if you told us how to use the acv. Do we blot it on the mole? So we use a cotton swab an leave it on a few minutes? Thanking you in advance for the information. MaaryLou

  3. any solution on hw to get cest on forehead aside frm operation..pls let me knw…

  4. There is a homeopathic called four theives or midevil legend, same medicine…topically it is reputed to cure staff (including MRSA). It helps with arthitic pain a little and is antiviral antibactrial. It is used topically. I would goggle it for internal use instructions.

  5. Hey North, you literally just cut them off. Get good scissors…like meat scissors…and sterilize them in boiling water. Wash the area. Pull the tag. Cut as close as you can to the bottom without cutting the white (assuming u are white) part of your flesh. Done. Clean again and put a bandaid on it if you like. It doesn’t hurt hardly at all either..just like a quick pinch and it’s done. I don’t think it should be done with a mole though; just a skin tag. Cheers

  6. You have to click on the link directly next to the word “photo” below the picture

  7. I have read another post in regards to this topic. They saturated a cotton ball & secured with bandaid over night times three days in a row.

  8. what if it were cancerous?
ACV sounds safer than chemo, if it doesn’t work go ahead and get chemo but if it does….
Doctors don’t always know they are being lied to by drug companies or WHO.

  9. Colidial Silver is thee CURE FOR MRSA! It cured my daughter of it, it cured our dog from Pavo and even a scientist wrote a book about it and the government forced him to remove it off the market. Go figure

  10. Just click on Tom’s link above, ignore all the advertising on this page…..when you click on Tom’s link, there’s a full explanation of how he performed his mole removal and a lot more info about ACV.

  11. SKIN TAGS? Easy-peasy. Just blot once in the morning and once in the evening with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Small ones take a few days while larger/older ones take up to around 10 days to disappear. They will get tender, raw from the juice, but be strong and keep going!

  12. It seems to be a good idea but what
is the method of how to use it and
    if a person is diabetic
    please update

  13. please dont cut skin tags off ,tye some cotton round the tag and pull tight and it eventually falls off i know this works because the doctor told my mother to do that and it worked for her

  14. Will this work for cyst? I have one on my finger at the knuckle, it’s embarrassing when I meet new people and shake hands.

  15. @Nicole, I order collodial silver all the time! Not taken away by the government, so if you’re looking for some, let me know, I can hook you up 🙂

  16. North, I pulled mine off with a quick tug, however, it bleed a lot – be prepared. I would blot with hydrogen peroxide on a cotton swab for a bit, and then alternate between tea tree oil and Manuka honey for about a week to expedite healing the natural way.

  17. Can ACV help with skin disorders? I have (for about 20+ years)dry blisters on my hands and feet that appear mostly when the weather get warm. They are not psoriasis. I have been to dermatologists but they always get me topical ointments that don’t work. Looking for something natural.

  18. Hey North – As the previous person advised on tags. The doctors on the television series “Embarassing Bodies” advise tieing some cotton tightly around the bottom of the tag (next to the skin) and it will fall off with no side effects. Cutting them seems a little drastic to me.

  19. North, if you get doTerra oil Oregano, use a toothpick and dip it in the Oregano and put it on the skin tag, within weeks it will just fall off.

  20. To use it soak cotton ball in ACV and attach to mole cover with guaze and tape with athletic or medical tape. Replace two to three times a day and it heals itself. Also works for warts. Not sure about tags but very likely to work. Good luck people!

  21. type in his name and all the instructions are given to remove the mole. Todd Caldecott

  22. I am a diabetic & suffered from terrible burning feet & legs. I decided to drink a tot of Apple Cider Vinegar diluted with a bit of water every night & it showed amazing results!! No more burning feet 🙂

  23. Same question as Connie, my daughter gets blister looking bumps on the same area on a few of her toes when the weather warms up. None of the creams from docs have worked?

  24. I have gotten rid of a few skin tags by covering the tag completely with Duck Tape. I left it alone for 3 weeks, and the tag disappeared.

  25. To get of skin tags, use straight oregano oil on a q-tip on the tag only. Doing this twice a day for 3-5 days, the tag will dry up and fall off.

  26. I’ve used acv on a different type of raised harmless mole over past couple weeks – just dabbing it on it and letting it dry, 2 or 3 times a day. It drys the mole out and scabs over then falls off. Still a small bit there but I’ll contimue with it. I’ve also started to use same technique with a couple of skin tags. This works.

  27. Thank you very much for the knowledge of natural healing that you had share to all the people. i am very much appreciate for the tips and informations. more power to this program.

  28. The materials

    • organic raw apple cider vinegar
    • sterile needle (sterilize with a match or lighter, or clean with rubbing alcohol)
    • cotton balls
Knowing that I needed to get the ACV to penetrate past the surface of the mole, I decided to gently poke the mole with a sterile needle. Fortunately, there isn’t any nerve tissue in a mole, so it didn’t hurt a bit. I then soaked a piece of cotton in ACV, and applied this to the mole for 20 minutes. This is what it looked like immediately after the first application:

  29. The following evening I repeated the same procedure, gently poking the mole with a sterile needle, and applying the ACV for about 20-30 minutes. As you can see from the (blurry) photo below, there was some local reddening after application, but no pain or irritation:

  30. I have used ACV to get grid of warts. I took a tip of a cotton swab and soaked it in ACV and held it in place on the wart with a band aid changed it twice a day for 3 days and true wart has been gone for 4 years now.

  31. Should try iodine instead. I’ve used both… and had success with both, but iodine is MUCH more effective, faster, and ‘easier’, imo.

(easier: they’re both super easy, but iodine slightly stains so you can get an easier idea of when the last time you applied it is)
