Nutritious: A rich source of multivitamins and minerals including vitamin K, folate, vitamin C, vitamin B5, vitamin B6, vitamin E, vitamin A, copper, zinc, and potassium. Avocado oil’s lipid composition is regarded as a healthy one: 71% monounsaturated fatty acids, 16% saturated fatty acids and 13% polyunsaturated fatty acids.
